[Updates](https://help.micetribe.com/en/knowledge/updates?hsLang=en) # What's New ## We have a confession to make. We have been quietly heads down for a while, building and improving things across MICEtribe. And now it is finally time to share what we have been working on. This is not a small update. From the way you log in, to how your attendees register, to how your event grows after someone checks in, a lot has changed for the better. Here is everything that is new. ![ChatGPT Image May 27, 2026, 03\_28\_40 PM](https://help.micetribe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2003_28_40%20PM.png?width=670&height=503&name=ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2003_28_40%20PM.png) ### **WhatsApp confirmations and invitations** This one has been one of the most requested additions, and it is here. You can now send invitations, confirmations, and reminders through WhatsApp, in addition to email and SMS. You can also send bulk communications and track WhatsApp delivery status directly from your database view. Your attendees are far more likely to open a WhatsApp message than an email. Now you can reach them where they actually are. ![ChatGPT Image May 27, 2026, 09\_16\_06 PM (9)](https://help.micetribe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2009_16_06%20PM%20(9).png?width=670&height=503&name=ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2009_16_06%20PM%20(9).png) #### **Your Ticket is Now in Google Wallet** Attendees can now add their event ticket directly to Google Wallet. No printing, no searching through emails. ![ChatGPT Image May 27, 2026, 02\_09\_32 PM](https://help.micetribe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2002_09_32%20PM.png?width=670&height=503&name=ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2002_09_32%20PM.png) ### **Event marketing with Snöball, now live** Snöball is here and it is one of the most exciting things we have added to MICEtribe. It turns your attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors into your most powerful growth channel. After registration or check-in, they receive personalized sharing cards they can post across their social networks, and each share is tracked and linked back to real registrations. Your event grows organically without increasing your ad spend. And with trackable mirrors built into MICEtribe, you can create named tracking links for each campaign or channel and see exactly where your registrations are coming from. Paid advertising gets your event in front of strangers. Snöball gets it in front of the right people, recommended by someone they already trust. ![ChatGPT Image May 27, 2026, 09\_16\_06 PM (6)](https://help.micetribe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2009_16_06%20PM%20(6).png?width=670&height=503&name=ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2009_16_06%20PM%20(6).png) ### **DCT Abu Dhabi integration** Dedicated DCT fields and integration setup are now available for events connected to Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism workflows. ![ChatGPT Image May 27, 2026, 09\_16\_06 PM (4)](https://help.micetribe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2009_16_06%20PM%20(4).png?width=670&height=503&name=ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2009_16_06%20PM%20(4).png) ### **Improved event cards and event setup** Your event cards now show you everything you need at a glance. Dates, status, banner, location, linked personas, and quick access to Power-Ups like crew and staffing, zone management, self-printing tools, event apps, DTCM integrations, and A4 print-at-home badges. Setting up a new event is also faster and clearer from start to finish. ![ChatGPT Image Jun 4, 2026, 03\_03\_08 PM](https://help.micetribe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ChatGPT%20Image%20Jun%204%2c%202026%2c%2003_03_08%20PM.png?width=670&height=503&name=ChatGPT%20Image%20Jun%204%2c%202026%2c%2003_03_08%20PM.png) ### **A more secure and easier login experience**  Logging in is now smoother and more secure across all MICEtribe products. With Single Sign-On (SSO), you can access everything you need with one secure set of credentials, and sign in using Google or LinkedIn. You can also manage your active sessions and log out from all devices at once. On top of that, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available using an authenticator app, email, or SMS, adding an extra layer of protection that takes your account security to a whole new level.  ![ChatGPT Image May 27, 2026, 07\_58\_19 PM (1)](https://help.micetribe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2007_58_19%20PM%20(1).png?width=670&height=503&name=ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2007_58_19%20PM%20(1).png) ### **Database, analytics, and reporting** Color-coded flag categories, badge print history per attendee, and persona-based dashboard filtering are all now available to help your team stay organized and work faster on event day.  ![ChatGPT Image May 27, 2026, 09\_16\_05 PM (2)](https://help.micetribe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2009_16_05%20PM%20(2).png?width=670&height=503&name=ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2009_16_05%20PM%20(2).png) ### **UX improvements and Arabic support** #### Admin navigation trail, clearer navigation, improved product journey after login, and Arabic countdown timers with Arabic text and numbers. ![ChatGPT Image May 27, 2026, 04\_21\_50 PM](https://help.micetribe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2004_21_50%20PM.png?width=670&height=503&name=ChatGPT%20Image%20May%2027%2c%202026%2c%2004_21_50%20PM.png)   **Everything you already have stays exactly as it is**  Your existing events, attendee data, organization settings, and login credentials are all unchanged.
