WhatsApp confirmations and invitations
This one has been one of the most requested additions, and it is here. You can now send invitations, confirmations, and reminders through WhatsApp, in addition to email and SMS. You can also send bulk communications and track WhatsApp delivery status directly from your database view.
Your attendees are far more likely to open a WhatsApp message than an email. Now you can reach them where they actually are.

Your Ticket is Now in Google Wallet
Attendees can now add their event ticket directly to Google Wallet. No printing, no searching through emails.
Event marketing with Snöball, now live
Snöball is here and it is one of the most exciting things we have added to MICEtribe. It turns your attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors into your most powerful growth channel. After registration or check-in, they receive personalized sharing cards they can post across their social networks, and each share is tracked and linked back to real registrations. Your event grows organically without increasing your ad spend.
And with trackable mirrors built into MICEtribe, you can create named tracking links for each campaign or channel and see exactly where your registrations are coming from.

Improved event cards and event setup
Your event cards now show you everything you need at a glance. Dates, status, banner, location, linked personas, and quick access to Power-Ups like crew and staffing, zone management, self-printing tools, event apps, DTCM integrations, and A4 print-at-home badges. Setting up a new event is also faster and clearer from start to finish.
A more secure and easier login experience
Logging in is now smoother and more secure across all MICEtribe products. With Single Sign-On (SSO), you can access everything you need with one secure set of credentials, and sign in using Google or LinkedIn. You can also manage your active sessions and log out from all devices at once. Database, analytics, and reporting

Everything you already have stays exactly as it is
Your existing events, attendee data, organization settings, and login credentials are all unchanged. This update builds on your current workspace; it does not replace it.
